About me
Sue started in the mortgage industry in April 2001, and has worked for the Bank of England since late 2009. She likes working at Bank of England due to the excellent management teams, opportunity, and efficiency, diversity of product, low closing costs, a small town feel, and working with other people who really care as much as she does.
Sue has worked with first time home buyers and special housing programs. She works with people who may be credit challenged and helps them accomplish their goal of home buying. She has the genuine care of making sure her customers are well taken care of and is always readily available, and it is rare to get her voice mail when working with Sue. For her, it is important to make customers feel like they are important because they are, and makes sure they fully understand everything about the loan and are filled in every step of the way in the loan process, as well as keeping other parties in the transaction informed with progress.
Sue’s greatest satisfaction is working with first time home buyers and watching them get the keys to their first home, and accomplishing their dream of home ownership by providing them their first home loan and making sure they understand the importance and details of home ownership. And She is always available before and during closing and even years later when people have questions about their mortgages that may come up.
Sue has a love for all animals, and supports groups that provide care, protection, and finding permanent homes for animals.
